Terms & Conditions

Promo validity:

• Each promotional offer is valid only for the month indicated on the calendar.
• Grace periods or extensions, if applicable, will be noted on the landing page.
• Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

How to redeem:

• Promo code must be entered at checkout or mentioned at the time of booking.
• Only one promo code may be used per order.
• Promo codes must match the month’s offer; substitutions are not permitted.

New or existing clients:

• Offers are valid for all clients unless otherwise stated.
• Some promos may exclude clients with pre-negotiated corporate pricing.

Eligible services:

• Discounts and bonuses apply only to the specific services listed in each monthly promotion.
• Bundled offers must be booked together in the same order to qualify.
• Add-ons not mentioned in the promotion are billed at regular rates.

Scheduling & availability:

• All bookings are subject to photographer and production availability at the time of scheduling.
• Weather-dependent services (e.g., aerial, twilight) may require rescheduling.
• Rush services are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Print-related promos:

• Quantities referenced (e.g., extra copies) apply to each print run, not cumulative orders.
• Client is responsible for approving artwork proof before printing begins.
• Shipping or delivery fees apply unless the promo explicitly includes free delivery.

Virtual staging promos:

• Staging discounts apply per image unless stated otherwise.
• Revisions beyond the included round(s) are billed at standard rates.

Matterport / iGuide promos:

• Free or discounted floor plans apply only when a full tour is ordered in the same booking.
• Large (10,000 sq ft and over) or complex properties may incur additional scanning fees.

Photo + video bundle promos:

• Both services must be completed at the same property on the same day unless noted.
• Additional locations or same-day secondary shoots may incur extra charges.

General exclusions:

• Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, referral bonuses, office-wide partnerships, or special pricing unless explicitly stated.
• Taxes, mileage fees, courier fees (if applicable), and third-party costs are excluded from discounts.
• Offers hold no cash value and cannot be converted to equivalent credits.

Right to modify:

• Imaginahome Inc. reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue promotions at any time without notice.
• Any errors in pricing or promo descriptions will be corrected to reflect the intended offer.
