Please note that a 1.5% interest rate per month will be applied to all late payments of more than 30 days from the invoice date. This interest will be calculated on the outstanding balance and added to the total amount due until the full payment is received.
  • Photography or Basic 360 Tour: Next business day no later than 5pm. The turnaround time will vary when you choose to select your own photos and we get your selection in the afternoon.
  • Matterport tour: Next business day no later than 5pm. Add one to two extra business days for floor plan when ordered. *Next day rush floor plan service available and must be made at time of booking.
  • iGuide tour: One to two business days including floor plan.
  • Virtual Staging: 2-3 business days following the photo shoot depending on the number of photos to stage. Large number of photos to stage will require more time.
  • HD Video: 3-4 business days.
  • Single Sheet Brochure: 2-3 business days depending on approval time and if courier is required.
  • 4-page Brochure: 2-3 business days depending on approval time and if courier is required.
  • 8-page Brochure: 3-4 business days depending on approval time and if courier is required.
  • 12 to 24-Page Brochure: 4-5 business days depending on amount of changes required and approval time.
  • 28 to 36-Page Brochure: 5-7 business days depending on amount of changes required and approval time.
  • Branding and custom designed projects time will vary depending on complexity and size of the project. An estimate will be given at the time of the quotation.

For instance, retouched photos may not be completed and emailed to you until after 5pm that same day.
  • Single Sheet Or 4-Page Brochures (100 Copies Or Less): 2-3 business hours from the time of approval for pick up
  • 8 to 12-Page Brochures (50 Copies Or Less): 3-4 business hours from the time of approval for pick up.
  • 16 to 24 Page Brochures (50 Copies Or Less): 4-6 business hours from the time of approval for pick up.
  • Perfect Binding On 16-Page Or More Brochures: Add 1 extra hour per 25 copies.

Disclaimer

  • Monitor uses a resolution of 72 dpi and is RGB based, while in-house or outsourced printing is 300 dpi and CMYK based.
  • The colors on the monitor are brighter than they will appear when they print. Imaginahome is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs that are approved for printing.
  • Imaginahome will do its best to match the gradient density of each product. The Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density. Therefore, Imaginahome cannot guarantee for the final appearance of a color.
  • For in-house printing, Imaginahome will best match the print color and density to the calibrated monitor.
  • For outourced and gang-run printing, the printing color may vary by as much as 5% per color as the press is calibarted to suit all the jobs being printed together.
  • Please note the color on your monitor may not be representative of the printed piece. It is also best to view the printed material under daylight as indoor lighting will always reflect back a different tint.
  • Also please note that on outourced printing, the actual printed quantity may vary by as much as 10% of the quoted quantity as per printing industry standard. Turnaround time is for reference only and the printer does not guarantee that the prints will be completed within the turnaround time.
